Download and install Modloader for Minecraft 1.5
Download and install the X-ray mod for minecraft 1.5
Browse to %appdata%/roaming/.minecraft/bin and open your minecraft.jar with winrar.
Open the X-ray mod for minecraft 1.5, and drag in the contents of the zip file into the minecraft.jar folder.
Run minecraft.
Finished.
