    3. i dont have a problem putting on steering whee lon its just the two parts that go on after , the horn plunger works because i can ground it out and horn sounds, its the other two pieces ,one is a white plastic small washer and the other is the large metal disc and the horn cap grounds out the horn ring assy. my horn work fine with old steering wheel i just trying to change same in kind?,
