    4. I have a Blackberry Playbook, the last couple of times I've tried to charge it, it won't charge. I've checked all the connections and seem alright. What do I have to do now to make it work again? I have saved things on there, and now I can't get them off of there what can I do about that now?

      The battery could be bad. Try a new battery. If that's not it, then the charger could be bad or there could be an issue with the phone and it needs to go in for servicing. You need to have it checked put by a professional.
