This is one huge question - involving so much - the power of the mind, reason genetics, thought processes. ethics, morality, logistics and the lisst goes on. I think there are many interpretations - forget the IQ Test has it's place not quite sure where - have a feeling it has been discredited somewhat, only in my opinion I guess - too limiting. Ask Umbriel.
