Why does my bobbin thread keep puckering

bobbin tension adjusted to low? that little screw on the bobbin case adjusts the tension. suggest make small adjustments [1/4 turn max!] at a time. then test the results after each adjustment made to insure not turning the wrong way or too far. upper tension could be off also [too high/tight]. but always start by checking the needle for damage and make sure it's appropriate for the material being sewn.

There might be a star disc under the bobbin. If the disc is worn you could have problems.
