this is easy turn off lighting fuse should be 5amp most pull switches unscrew leaving the fitting on the ceiling then you will be able to see the end off the cord pull it out cut it then refit new cord.if not with fuse out undo the two screws make a note of the wiring for when you put back the new fitting ok good luck
