Took a little creative writing in school did you? :)
We do not have a tool bar. Any tool bar on your computer, you authorized by not paying attention to something you downloaded that brought the tool bar with it.
Go to your start menu > Control panel > add/uninstall programs > locate the toolbar, if the tool bar is Bing, it hides under the name conduit or conduit engine > click uninstall
