1) Go to 'Control Panel'
2) Go to 'Programs and features'
3) In the list you will see, look for 'Utility Chest Toolbar'
4) Left click on 'utility Chest Toolbar' to highlight
5) Right click the same to bring up 'Uninstall/Change' program
PC will ask you if you are sure you want to uninstall..PC does the rest.
