    Has any one had a parking ticket whilst parking in the snow whee no road marks where visible?

    My son ot one last week he parked somewhere he has never been before and had to pay £265 to get it out of the tow pound?

      The wardens in my area gave one to a hearse yesterday, they were waiting for their "client" to come out of the house. RIDICULOUS!
