    Why is it impossible for majority of people to walk in someone else's shoes?

    I take a size 10.My father wore an 8.I couldn't even get his shoes on let alone walk in them.LOL

    Simply because it is impossible to see/understand someone's situation, unless we have been in it.  That's the reason that we should never say to someone, "If I were you...."
