          I have heard of human hair (sorry cannot help there, I'm bald), or of depositing urine (human) on the fence line of your property or garden.  It probably needs repeated applications, and better done at night so you do not get arrested, if direct application.  Otherwise use a urinal bottle, and pour it around.
