To get rid of unwanted toolbars and addons in Internet Explorer do the following:
Open Internet Explorer
Right-click on Tools (top right) and click ‘internet options’
Select the tab ‘Programs’
Finally, click on ‘Manage Addons’
Here, you will find a list of added programs, toolbars, and addons within Internet Explorer. Go through this list and delete whatever you don’t need. An unwanted commonly found addon to look out for is the ‘Ask Toolbar’. This pesky toolbar always finds itself installed on Internet Explorer and we never really wanted it to begin with. Any other junkware you find feel free to get rid of it.
