      I wouldn't recommend it, see a mechanic for professional advice.

        Do not drive that car until you have drained the power steering reservoir.If you haven't already driven the car you can probably drain the res with a bicycle pump.If you have driven the car you will have water thru the power steering & it will require draining by a mechanic.

          No. See if you can drain it from the compartment. There may be a drain plug or see if you can remove a hose attached to it to drain the compartment.
