Why did I buy this.......no way to know which hole to charge or how to use Dumb to not have any instructions. May send the 8.9 fire back!
Is there a way to turn it on and off? why when I picked it up it came on, but now that I am trying to find use, it shut off Totally lost and can't understand. Even my small Kindle had basic instructions.

Is this a kndle fire you are referring too? If so, contact Amazon & ask them for directions!

thank you I am going to try and not easy to contact a person!!
They do have a help center & I was able to talk to a real live person- I hate automation when it comes to customer service!
