Toolbar remover software can be found and downloaded at links listed at
https://www.google.co.il/search?q=TOOLBAR+REMOVER&oq=TOOLBAR+REMOVER&aqs=chrome.0.57j60j62l3.149&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8.
You can also uninstall toolbars by yourself. How to uninstall toolbars in different browsers is explained at links listed at
https://www.google.co.il/search?q=how+to+uninstall+toolbar&oq=how+to+uninstall+toolbar&aqs=chrome.0.57j59.3912&sugexp=chrome,mod=1&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8.
If you'll add the name of the browser and/or the name of the toolbar you wish to remove in the search bar, you'll get a more specific search results.
