    I've not received my tickets for Passenger 16/1/13. Order number 00004173

    Check your e-mail. If the transaction went through, they would email you the link to download the tickets.

      Airline companies no longer send your tickets, you print them out at the computer terminals when you get to the airport.  You simply insert your Credit Card and follow the instructions
