        There are no Menu or no Tools on a Iphone. I have had this phone since Monday and all I can do is make a call and answer one. Oh, I did find out how to put it in airplane mode. I thought, do not distribute would work! If they had a battery for my 5 year old phone, I would take it back in a minute. Next option would be a user manual. They call a user manual a flip open piece of paper smaller than a credit card. I need my niece back from college. If I wasn't so determined, I would return the phone and pay for one that I could understand at least from the start. Good Luck!
