Where, what or to which account are you referring?

Hotmail account...along the side there are folders in which I store emails...I have several that I no longer want but can't find any link that leads me to "manage folders."
Click on the folder that you want to open. When that folder opens your emails will appear ... they all have an indicator square, a paper-clip attachment and an envelope. If you click the indicator square a check-mark will appear inside you can then scroll to the top of the page and click on 'junk'. The email then goes to junk.
