      Go to a musical instrument shop. They can direct you to a beginners book.

        organ instructional books are becoming more difficult to find.  I believe Alfred and bastien has publications that are still available.  But I would suggest finding a teacher and the teacher will provide a book for you.  As a beginner you will pick up bad habits without instructions. Hire a teacher for short term, like 6 weeks, they will get you started the right way, then you can go on to self teaching.
