No, he isn't. He certainly praises Canada often enough for our "progressive" policies and one would guess that he would feel quite at ease in the Great White North.

Of course, he'd have to pay loads more taxes than he currently does but he's been campaigning for Obama's higher income taxes for the wealthy all along, so what the heck.
