I am looking for a good recipe for rattlesnake meat.
I built a home on a lot that had been a rattle snake den and now they return to their 'nest' frequently. Some are 4 feet long. I kill at least one per month. I hate to dispose of wild game if it is edible so would like to taste the meat.
