Opening ANY business is a challenging proposition. Since I don't know whether you have any experience as an entrepreneur, I wouldn't know where to start in offering you specific suggestions.

One thing I CAN suggest is that any promotional reference to the store should avoid the use of "Iran" or "Iranian".  Middle East(ern) would be more palpable to most of the future customers. Unless, your principal clientele would happen to be Iranian-Americans.

I would be careful in opening a business to such a select clientele. Why not a ethinc market with authintic food from around the world including Iran.  Be sure so check the demographics for potiential locations to surround yourself with your target comsumer
