Will a complete reset remove ukash virus from dell laptop?
hi,
unfortunately i have that met police ukash virus on my ell laptop, and i cant really do anything on it as its pretty much locked me out of everything, so im wondering whether a complete reset will remove it and if yes how do i do that? is it f11 as its starting up?
if not how else would i remove this thing?
