I was wondering about Umbriel too. Where is Benthere , Dardeigh and Ed Schank? They seem to be missing too.

When someone is suspended, that is the end of their words before our eyes. I didn’t read Umbriel very often because I didn’t like what he had to say. Sometimes the words were X rated, I guess. Anyway, we never know the problems of any other member of akaQA. The moderators make the decisions. If we think a member should be reinstated, it would be good to say so. However, laughing and joking about a past member is not ok. It’s juvenile and mean.

I was wondering about Umbriel too.That's too bad he's suspended, but not surprising! After awhile he grows on you, (probably described as something akin to jock itch). LOL!

Maybe...unless you are a moderator who is obligated to read through his gross filth and then delete it...over and over again! That's what moderators do, in order to keep the site pleasant for the members and acceptable to the owners and advertisers.

IMHO umbriel should be reinstated to the site. Some of his comments were a bit extreme but he should have learned his lesson. In any case, the quality of his prose was a shining example to all of us.
