    We Need To Stop Answering The Questions That Have Obviously Not Meant To Be Asked On This Site!!!!

    akaQA has ads on various different sites (mainly ones selling products) I think we need to stop flooding the "Answered" page with answers to questions that are obviously not meant to be on here so the more in-depth, interesting questions can "stay alive".

      When you get a question not meant for here just tell them: Your on the wrong site, we answer general questions. This is akaQA also know as question and answers site.

          I didn't say they were dumb. I'm saying the asker is not meaning to have these questions on this site, they're most likely thinking the question being asked is going to the products manufacturer.

            it feels more like an online baby sitting service. unfortunitly the few of us with higher morals are out numbered . if we ignore them they'll only be picked up by those of lesser values . nor can they be blocked from coming in, perhaps a two strikes and your out type system, but how would you inforce that!

              @Ashligh16,

              If you don't reply they won't try re-asking somewhere it can be answered.

              They will re-ask here, or think, who they though the answer was going to, don't answer questions.

                @Randy, answering their question will only "bury" genuine questions and the "customer" that asked the question probably didn't even get as far to come back or know how to check for the answer.

                  It just doesn't make any sense that this site went from being awesome to subpar. Like I've stated in the "question" box, akaQA posts ads on multiple product sites so that when people visit the site and have a question they assume that typing their question in akaQA's answer box (AKA AD) is where they ask it to get the answer from the manufacturer.

                    things like:

                    "can i have my payment due date changed"

                    "??? ????? ?? ?????? ??? ?????????? E-mail?"

                    "how can i get my pay stub online for Cracker Barrel"

                    These are all questions that were obviously not meant to be on here.

                      i'm not throughly convinced its pre-teens who don't know better, but rather older kids with to much time on their hands
