What Do Leprechauns Do For A Living?

Question : What do leprechauns do for a living?
Answer : A leprechaun is a type of fairy in Irish folklore, usually taking the form of an old man, clad in a red or green coat, who enjoys partaking in mischief. Leprechauns are cobblers (or shoemakers). They are often depicted with a leather apron, holding a shoe. Happy St. Patrick's Day!

An aging man lived alone in Ireland. His only son was in Long Kesh Prison, and he didn't know anyone who would spade up his potato garden. The old man wrote to his son about it, and received this reply, "For HEAVENS SAKE, don't dig up that garden, that's where I buried the GUNS!!!!!" At 4 A.M. the next morning, a dozen British soldiers showed up and dug up the entire garden, but didn't find any guns. Confused, the man wrote to his son telling him what happened and asking him what to do next.

His son's reply was: "Just plant your potatoes."

    LOL Great one. :)

Since the question has came down to Irish jokes here goes, remember I am Australian. Irishman goes into a pub in Sydney, asks for a beer and a Irish whisky the Irishman drinks the whisky but a little man the size of a pencil hops out his pocket and drinks the beer. After several more of the same the barman says "Is that little bloke a leprecchaun" to which the Irishman replies " God almighty no matey it is an Australian with all the bullshit drained out" (laugh, thats right I dont even know what it means can some one explain it?) Back to the question Leprechauns are Optometrists who check the eyes of the potatoes.

@PEOPLEOVER - Let it roll, it's all about having a "Happy St. Patrick Day". lol!!!

take turns posing for the cover of the breakfast cereal "lucky charms"

One time while driving on the highway, I saw a huge rainbow that was beginning or ending just on the side of the highway. So I decided now that I have this once-in-a-lifetime chance, I am going to find out for myself, why people say, "there is a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow."

So I pulled the car over into the service lane and proceeded to pull up to the end of this rainbow, the strange thing was the closer I got the further it moved in front of me. Then once I got on top of it, it wasn't there, it had moved behind me. So I backed up, but couldn't be exactly where it started.

I think the myth started because you can't be at the end of a rainbow, they just move forward or backwards on you. You can't ever catch it, unless the rotten little fellow was messing with me so I couldn't get his gold?

They are busy running around in circles trying to find who stole the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Collect all those nickels, dimes and quarters that roll under vending machines.

Bearing pots of gold, drinkin Irish whisky...kind wish I were a leprechaun

"Hey," said a new arrival in the pub, "I've got some great Irish jokes."

"Before you start," said the big bloke in the corner, ", I'm Irish."

"Don't worry," said the newcomer, "I'll tell them slowly."
