Take your Iphone to any nearest apple store to update IOS on Iphone4. But make sure whether your Iphone4 get unlocked using permanent unlocking solution. Because if you unlocked your Iphone4 using temporary unlocking solution it will get locked to its network when you update or upgrade it. If not unlock your Iphone4 using remote unlocking service from the site Simpleunlocking.com ,which is a permanent unlocking solution. Then you can upgrade any version IOS on your Iphone4 it won't get locked again.
