I have my great, great, grandmother's beautiful quilt finished in 1876. What should I do with it?

I have been told that it is museum quality. It must have 5 million stiches in it.  It looks to be only a few years old instead of 140.

Have it professionally mounted so you can hang and display it or sell it. I personally would just use it if it's still in good shape.
