Hi! First of all excuse my english, im Swedish ;). I am a grown man, im thin but totaly out of shape. I have now bought al kind of . equipment.and i will dedicate al next year to build me up. Is it possible to get beefy and in realy good shape in that short timeperiod? Im willing to do whatever it takes. How often should i be training? Every day?
