    I can't get in my account. I put in my e-mail address and it keeps saying it's wrong.

    What do I do when I keep putting in the correct e-mail and it says it's wrong?

      If it is saying you are wrong, then you are wrong. The e-mail program reads only what you type in and if it's incorrect by even one letter, number or symbol, then it will not find your address. Make sure you are putting in the complete e-mail address including the @ whichever e-mail program you use.
