        Physical examination only gives an indication. Ultrasound is much more definitive and very accurate. Sounds like you won't get peace of mind until you have another so I say go for it.

        There are pretty much zero risks from an ultrasound of the testes. Ultrasound actually heats soft tissue slightly but I've never heard of it being a risk on the testes. After all, our scrotum is used to shrivelling or stretching out in response to changes in temperature!
