    Christmas Gifts won't work properly

     I purchased 11 games online for my son for Christmas and had several problems.


    1st. I purchased a Steam card from Bestbuy. I went to use the card from the Steam site. It didn't offer to redeam the code number from the card. It only gave options for creditcards,Paypale,etc.I had to use my Visa Debit card to complete the transaction. I now have a $50 Steam card which has a scratched off code. Now what do I do with it?


    2nd: I purchased two bundled game sets. A.  Company of Hero's collection and B..C1 War Games Collection with my Visa. Some games work and others do not.


    3rd.  Company of Hero's collection is set up to play online only. We were'nt able to sign in. I misplaced my log in info. All of his previous games the log in info was saved,so we didn't need to log in to start play.


    4th. Theater of War I.  Loads up until the "Play game" prompt. Then, it gives "Runtime error #3 (trap)" message and will not load game.


    5th. Theater of War III.  The mouse or curser is displaced about 5 inches below where it activates whatever you won't to click on.

     Please help as soon as possible.

    Return them to where you purchased them ask for a replacement or store credit..
