first make sure the phone is turned off(remove battery and put it back in). Next hold the down the volume down key and menu key then press and hold the power button until the screen comes on and then release all three buttons. Within a few seconds, you should see a menu screen with a few booting options including HARD RESET, use the volume keys to navigate and the camera key to select an option:)
