      Not necessarily a reliable source but one to consider as well as the Consumer Report....

        The Better Business Bureau is only as good as the people who actually file a report with them.  The BBB can state that there are no complaints but that means nothing....necessarily.  It could be that THEY have received no complaints.  The other problem is that some businesses say that they are members of the BBB when in actual fact, they are not!
