    My mid back itches why why why! OMG ... What shall I do?

    You wil tell me to go to the doctor. I can’t. They are closed. I’d have to go to ER.

      Buy a back scratcher, it's less expensive than a doctor.

        Grab a towel and hold it across you back with both hands and pull back and forth. You can also apply lotion this way.....(and drink more Scotch....)

          Get hubby to rub your back with sorbeline cream.It's infuriating isn't it? I have a similar problem only it's my feet that itch at night when I am trying to sleep.Anti-histamine tablets such as "TELFAST" help some times.You can buy them over the counter at the pharmacy.

                My husband gave me an alcohol rub. (Not the scotch kind ... We didn't have any of that.)

                  the alcohol distracted the itching. This morning it hurts. I ordered a Scotch in a bar when I was 21. I thought I would be getting Butterscotch.
