what will happen if a 17 years old put a 24 years old on child support
Lets say I'm 17 years old,but got pregnant by a 24 years old when i was 16,and now the baby is 3 months old,what will happen to him if i want to put him on child support? will the government put him in jail?

I know i'm a little late for commenting but...I would like to know what if i wait until i turn 18 to put him on child support?...will they look back at the case and still put him in jail because he impregnated me when I was 16?
The fact that you were under 18 and he was over 21, it is statutory rape, even if the sex was consensual.
