Why does my baseboard downstairs make a clunk when it shuts off?

We just installed a new zone valve for downstairs.  This is when the clunk started.  Honeywell 4-star furnace

There's an air bubble in it. Bleed the line.

If it is a hot water system of baseboard heat, I think that the expansion tank may be full and need attention.  There is a rubber bladder in it, and excess air from system burps through this tank.  When this bladder breaks, it fills with water.  Thus there is no burping of the air in the system anymore.
