I've been feeling it all year, not working, no money coming in, lots going out, never bloody ending, it'll be a frugal Christmas and New year but I'll get by, one way or another.

:-)
For once I'm not stressing. I did my shopping, meager as it was. I've got the spirit which will extend if/when my cat comes home....

I think we all feel a little"crunch" at this time of year Lindy. I know our resources take a mighty blow. But the happiness on the kid's faces seems to make it all worthwhile somehow. Tighten your belt, stiff upper lip & all that girl. It's all over in 10 days or so.Then you have a whole year to get the credit card paid off & do it all again.LOL.
Merry Christmas Lindy,Tommy.

Alot feeling the crunch physically and mentally, not just monetarily. High school basketball games during holidays ( Lorraine, Grady, Andrew,Martin, Dawson, Big Lake 27-29. Klondike ) Holidays not much rest time for some. I'm one of them.

Merry Ho Ho Ho!!! ;D
p.s. good luck with the b-ball!!
Christmas does not appear to be as exciting as it used to be. Alot of people cant afford to celbrate that much any more. Children make Christmas real. As we dont have any children, will be keeping a low key, not even sure about Christmas tree etc. Will have Christmas dinner, but for me no goodies, cake etc.. Will have my hubby, TV, computer, feel cosey, and of course Our two Furry babys, what more could we ask for. Will just think about people who have less.
