sounds like something with the clutch. Is there anything leaking grease? Are the belts moving freely, or has a lost sock been caught in the belt? I would try these things prior to calling a tech. By the way, do you have a tech line (800 number) in your owners manual? I have had great success over the years using them. You call and describe and they walk you through the diagnosis and even the repair!
