Unless you ate something bright yellow or are on a medication that could be causing the color, I think you may have some kind of internal infection  See a doctor asap. Bring a stool sample.

on this case, dont be panic as long as your not physically distress.sometimes it affects wat we ate so it become yellow,and if you are so curious and wanna know for sure,better to go for check up your stools(feces)to have an accurate answer to ur question. but before any cost ask medical advice..better to ask to be inform
