SleepyJoe, if you have a problem with best Buy, i would suggest you contact their customer support team, best Buy is a reputable company and I am certain they will work out your problem.

If you are unhappy with 'your choice' in computers how would this  be best Buy's fault? You have the internet at your fingertips, perhaps you should have done a review search on the product.  I am sorry but if you were to contact me as a support manager with your attitude i would tell you to eat it.. However, should you decide to address this civilly and contact them with a mature concern i think they would be happy to correct your bad choice in computers.

He probably already told them, just what he told us and then they DID tell him to eat it! I would want to tell him that too. LOL!!

First rule......when you want to sell something, don't yell about how badly it sucks. If it's that bad, take it back to best buy. 

Stuck-sucker….take it back and exchange it for one that will exceed your need….the need is for speed and lots of it. Get games that will work with your system. I know you didn’t mention games…but clunkers are usually not made for games with a speed rating above Bingo Bandits or Scrabble.
