    have been given notebook 223110 with windows xp and it keeps telling me reboot but don't have reboot disc

          hi, cant do anything with laptop, won't even load windows. have tried f8 for safe mode, tried f12 & f2, no joy. my comp works can i make anything on comp that might work the laptop. thank you
