I purchased your product in August. This weekend it shut down, turned itself off. I tried to turn it back on, but could not. I wold like a refund, per your 100% satisfaction guarantee. Also -- please stop the annoying pop-up ads asking me to subscribe. I've tried unsuccessfully to stop these.
