Tennelec was a US electronics company founded in the early 1960s by Edward Fairstein in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The company came to prominence producing instrumentation for nuclear studies and later, programmable scanning radios.
Partly due to poor quality control[citation needed] of their scanner line, Tennelec filed for bankruptcy[citation needed] soon after introducing their latest radio models (1976).
I've checked the internet and there are no listings for the codes. I'd say you're out of luck since the company has not been in existence in over 30 years.
