    Authorities in a New Jersey township cautioned residents of a scam in which a person claims to have a relative captive unless a ransom is paid, CBS Station WCBS New York reported Saturday.

      I would pay them not to return some of my relatives!  And once they encounter them, they would call me and offer me a sum, to have me take them back from them!!
