    can a judge sign a search warrant for an address out of his county

    can a judge sign a search warrant for two address one in his county he reins in and one 200 miles away or does it have to be in his county?

    No. Judges can not cross jurisdictions.  The warrant has to come from the county judge for the residence to be searched.
