clu- most probably. Maybe not pork. I have certainly bought ground beef and coked it even a few days past the expiration date, eaten some and frozen the rest...and I have an intestinal disease. If you cooked it thoroughly it should be ok.

Any raw meat expires after 3 days. The expiry date is usually the third day (limit). If you cook the meat, it also keeps for 3 days thereafter. Never refreeze meat that has been frozen already. You can only freeze it once it has been cooked. Hope this answers your question.
That goes for any preparation which means if you cook a spaghetti sauce with meat in it, you can only keep it for 3 days. Freshness becomes doubtful past this time. I usually keep what I am sure I will use within 3 days and freeze the rest.
