A couple of evenings ago, George Noory agreed that "pepper" is to be taken with Turmeric in order to activate the Turmeric. I have been taking Turmeric for 2 years and never heard about the pepper. How is one supposed to take the pepper - with meals or is pepper sold as a supplement pill to take along with Turmeric?
