      Hmmm...this sounds an awful lot like a homework question- the problem is we don't have the case study to help you answer it!!!!

          As I say Colleen..I was lost within the first few words of seeing it!...Maybe the person needs to find a different course where the coursework is more comprehensible !:-0

            I've never heard of this, so am not prepared to give you a functional answer.  It certainly sounds like a quandary, though.
