      I have the same problem, the web page collen has put above would remove it, but if you are like me and have paid twice as well, you need a refund. I did pay once before by mistake and was able to telephone and get a refund,. they were very helpful, even though I am in the UK and the person I spoke to was in America. I think the telephone phone number is the Norton details. I haven't got round to trying to contact them yet.
